Laoise's Oil Paintings

Oils are Laoise's first love when it comes to mediums. Everything from the texture and the richness of colour to the smell of them puts her in the mood to be creative.

A large percentage of Laoise's Oil Paintings are Inspired by Nature. She grew up close to the Phoenix Park and loves to visit it's flower Gardens for Inspiration. Her style is clean and distinctive with colour and form being the most important elements of her work. Laoise's Oil Paintings tend to be quite large and exhude energy, vibrancy and sensuality. Each piece is Timeless and Unique, bringing any space or room to life.

Her Graphic Design background shows through as each piece is clearly designed to fill it's canvas perfectly before it is painted.

Art Classes

Laoise teaches Oil painting classes in Hartstown Community School, Dublin 15 on Monday nights during term time. To enrol in the classes please contact Hartstown Community School directly on 01-8209863 or at Hartstown Community School

The Classes are suitable for all levels from beginners up to experienced painters as tuition is given on an individual basis. All aspects of Oil Painting is covered. Classes will be starting again at the end of September 2010 and will run for 10 classes.
